United Insurance Group‘s Earthquake Program received a bump in ratings earlier this year.  Their Earthquake program carrier Golden Bear Insurance Company received a Financial Rating Upgrade by AM Best, the world’s first credit rating agency.

We are pleased to announce that the AM Best Company has upgraded the financial rating of our Earthquake program carrier Golden Bear Insurance Company.  Golden Bear has been upgraded from an A- (Excellent) to A (Excellent). This is great news and adds to the confidence our agents and customers should have in placing Earthquake protection with our Golden Bear program.
