Pixie is a Caucasian Ovcharka, also known as the Russian Bear Dog. A few days after moving to Spanish Fork, Utah, I invited one of my new roommates and her daughter to join me and Pixie at Spanish Fork Dog Park. We had fun!

The Caucasian Ovcharka is a livestock guardian dog breed originally from the Caucasus Mountains area at the intersection of Asia and Europe. I got Pixie when she was 5 months old. I use a balanced training approach with her. I feed her Tucker’s Raw dog food that I buy from Ma & Paws Bakery in American Fork, UT. I also feed her chicken feet and rabbit paws that I buy from Pine Hollow Farms in Bluffdale, UT.
